GoMining Expands to Solana with Utility Token and BTC-Earning NFT Collection Launch

The growing trend of blockchain projects seeking to tap into Solana's user-friendly, fast, and low-cost infrastructure continues into 2025. GoMining, a leading Bitcoin mining platform, is the latest to join this migration, integrating its utility token, GOMINING, and debuting a Bitcoin-earning NFT collection on Solana.

Bitcoin Mining Meets Solana's Ecosystem

GoMining's digital miners have tokenized NFTs representing ownership of real-world mining hash power. Backed by 350MW of operational mining capacity, the NFTs offer a seamless gateway for users to participate in Bitcoin mining. With Solana's scalability and low fees, the platform aims to democratize mining amidst challenges like Bitcoin halvings that limit retail access.

The limited-edition digital miner NFTs will launch on Magic Eden's Launchpad on January 16, with each NFT detailing key parameters such as power (TH/s) and energy efficiency (kW/TH). The collection exemplifies Solana's ability to host complex tokenized assets efficiently.

Starting January 8, GOMINING will be available as an SPL token on Solana decentralized exchanges. Liquidity providers for the GOMINING/USDC pool on Orca will receive additional incentives for 14 days. Beyond liquidity, GOMINING holders benefit from staking, voting rights, and up to 20% discounts on digital miner maintenance fees. GOMINING is currently an Ethereum-based token with a market cap of $200M.
