Solana advocate and popular trader Ansem has launched ansem.io, a platform built around z500, which he describes as “the first onchain index” for token launches. Built on top of Pump.fun, z500 ranks projects on a leaderboard and gives teams ways to gain visibility by distributing tokens to $ANSEM holders and buying and burning $ANSEM.
Within 2 hours of launch, Ansem reported that teams had already burned 500,000 $ANSEM and sent $180,000 worth of airdrops to $ANSEM holders.
The platform follows an idea Ansem first teased in a July video posted to X. He argued that traders face a highly rotational market where thousands of tokens launch daily, while only a small number become meaningful runners. His proposed solution was simple: hold 1 token and gain exposure to a broader group of successful launches.
A Leaderboard Built Around Alignment
Projects that launch through ansem.io automatically airdrop part of their token supply to $ANSEM holders. Teams can increase the allocation, while better-capitalized projects can buy and burn preset amounts of $ANSEM through Gold and Diamond tiers to move higher on the z500 leaderboard.
The leaderboard will highlight teams that burn the most $ANSEM as well as projects whose airdropped tokens achieve higher valuations.
The system gives teams a way to market their tokens while directing value toward the $ANSEM community. The index also aims to reduce reliance on private token allocations and backroom arrangements by making a team's financial commitment more visible.
Ansem cited $ANSEM's rapid growth as part of the model. He noted that the token traded around a $200,000 market cap before he took control of the project and reached more than $200 million in less than 2 months. $ANSEM also consistently ranks among the most traded coins by volume.
Following the announcement, $ANSEM spiked above a $300 million market cap.

z500 Targets Pump.fun's “Curation Problem”
Ansem built the product on the view that Pump.fun has largely solved token creation but not token curation. He argues that low-cost launches allow developers to create large numbers of tokens, bundle supply across wallets, and sell shortly after launch. Retail traders often struggle to identify those patterns before becoming exit liquidity.

z500 therefore gives teams a chance to disclose information about supply, plans, and marketing through enhanced token pages. Requiring some projects to buy and burn $ANSEM also creates an upfront financial commitment, although Ansem acknowledges that the system cannot reveal every purchase made through undisclosed wallets.
The famed trader, who is also the cofounder of Bullpen, framed ansem.io as part of a tokenized creator economy. Instead of brands paying creators for promotion while consumers receive little beyond the product, he wants teams to direct value toward token holders through airdrops, $ANSEM burns, liquidity, and other perks.
From Idea to Product in 3 Weeks
Ansem first tested the concept by distributing tokens to $ANSEM holders, including roughly 100 million $NORMIE tokens, using a ZK compression tool. He later refined the idea into an integrated platform.
Today's launch represents what Ansem calls the first version of ansem.io, with more features planned.
$ANSEM holders using Bullpen will receive eligible airdrops automatically at their existing Solana addresses. Other holders must claim their airdrops through ansem.io/airdrop.
